Where are you based?
I am based in Arlington, VA, US
How does your live portrait service work?
I arrive approximately 1.5 hours before your event to set up and get everything ready. Once guests begin arriving, I start taking reference photos and creating live portraits on-site. Portraits are drawn throughout the event and can be picked up once completed. Everything is done live, in real time, during your celebration.
Can I make sure specific guests get a portrait?
Yes! If there are certain guests you'd like to prioritize, you can send me a list of their names a few days before the event, and I’ll make sure they are included.
What do I need to provide for the artist at the event?
All I need is one long table and a chair — I’ll bring all the necessary art supplies and materials for the portraits.
How does payment work?
To secure your date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full before I begin working on the day of your event.
What if I have a large event?
For larger events, I offer a dual-artist option. A second illustrator will join me, and we’ll both paint simultaneously to accommodate more guests. Pricing for this service is customized based on your needs.
